  This is the small heart touching  experience i would love to   share with you .
    Taking one step ahead of the project of  NGO 36 meals .com ( Founded by Mr. sujit Lalwani ,Entrepreneur ) i took small step  spread awareness about to not waste food .

      As i could go in nearby home my hostel  was facing this problem of wasting food. People through the food in dustbin carelessly . some are habituated to do so. It happens every where around us in hotel , mess ,hostle ,home...

         My dear friend  if we become bit aware and use this food to donate  really needy person . Then we can feel proud from inside without investing any money because if we  step out from our home and see then  will find there are lot of people who spend day without a single morse of food  . If we donate to those ,then  we would realise extreme happiness from inside to doing something great   and their blessing can't be expressed in words ,it can be feel only .

            To feel this just take one step give small donation  to really needy .
   In last three days i went through some places of Bangalore  and urged about not to waste food because we believe
                     " FOOD NOT WASTED IS FOOD CREATED" .
   I donated meals to some needy people as it was possible from me  , Their helpless condition felt my eyes with tears.
    Its my small urge to all  If you are capable then think for those people  who are helpless . I think we all are capable in not wasting food . Your saved food  can help these needy .

10 lessions for businessman or those who want to start own venture

Out of the little experience with   entrepreneurs  i have had here 10 lessons that i would love to share .





1. Have a VISION : It's not just to be studied in classroom . You need to know what's your purpose when you are starting your business. It all depends on what exactly you wish to do and why .

If Vision        : Fastest service                 You will do : Product design around time.
If Vision        : To provide quality service   You will do : Design your efforts around luxury and quality .

If Vision        : To make affordable            You will do : focus on costs.
If vision         : To make Global                 You will do :Put all energies and efforts going beyond all borders while if your focus is on being locally global then work on your local emotions .
2. Remember network count :   Remember a network for all your need is must .Move out ,talk &  build a network of people who you can relay on . Whatever you do small or big ,get your expert opinion . You will see things will automatically go .

3. Start with  small targets : According to my personal experience without target you  need strong surrounding  motivation to work but  achievable target keeps you self motivated ,it always pinch you to work within time bound . In case your target is big and you fail one after other ,the only thing you will derive out of it is " I am incompetent " ,while you take small target and achieve it then you will say " Man ! I am awesome ,I can do it . This small success would give you strong support to move ahead even after your surrounding try to pull back . Next time you will have more potential with experience and you will improve target .
     Its the natural phenomena in society that when you do something out of league fist they ridicule  
 you ,then reject you after that they become your follower . If this happening with you means you are on right track .Go ahead work hard for your passion and love your work too much :)
4. Build a spirit  team ,rather than large team of workers :  

Believe in one man army principle . Create a team of high spirit then size doesn't matter.A team  of large worker with passionless may spoil your working environment . A spirit team love the work and you shouldn't fear about that people working with you will leave your company and will join high paying company .People quit because they run out of purpose and love ,not just money .

5. Believe in serving : Just serve because its your purpose and not because you might be offered bucks in return .No one ever was taken for granted because he served well ,he was taken for granted because he OVER SERVED . If you remember your past then you will find such type of live story .
Just go back & think for a moment ..... Its very true that no one ever lost his self esteem by serving someone else.
6.Bucks  come to those who take responsibility : You just want bucks  but unfortunately doesn't come to you . It comes to those who hold the responsibility .

7. You can't have it all : Don't believe this statement . It's because others didn't want to have it all. just understand -you can have what you want .just be clear on what you want and plan it with patience how you would get there . Remember nothing happens without giving it a time frame and sharing the responsibility with right set of people .

8. Reward yourself & your team well : If you don't know how to reward simply you don't know how it feels to work hard and win something, May be you haven't worked hard enough and always relied on other people's efforts.or you haven't dreamt much of winning things at all instead you do things because they need to be done . In either case ,please leave your business now,because you won't survive. Better to leave then to get thrown out ,else reward according to your success .and also punish yourself when you run out of set . This punishment should be like not playing favourite game,not watching favourite serial until you come on track and finish small target .

9. Stand up : Not where you are but for something  :) .you need to understand what your principles are,what values define you and your business and stand up for them .compromises are always there .
  Those who not remembered who stands for long time , those remembered who stands till last with his relentless pursuit of passion, is able to  turns vision into reality .

10. Laugh ,love and let go : Laugh and love a lot ,it keeps you sane ,keeps you happy and return enough love that money definitely can't buy . Don't bother about thing" let go" & you will understand .

Chetan Bhagat is a famous Indian author who wrote  novels that hit the market with great success. All of them were bestsellers since their release and have been filmed by famous Bollywood directors. Chetan Bhagat is considered a youth icon rather than as just an author. With his  humorous way of depicting stories, he has inspired reading habits in many young Indians. He is also a good columnist and writes columns for many leading newspapers. According to him, novels are entertainment tools through which he expresses his views and opinion about society and the youth. Development issues and national issues are addressed through columns. Chetan's columns are written in a way that directly points out the issues within our country and in many times it has even triggered discussions in the parliament. He is not only a good writer but also a motivational speaker and has given many motivational speeches at many colleges, organizations and companies.

Personal Life 
Chetan Bhagat was born in New Delhi in a middle class Punjabi Family on the 22nd day of April, 1974. His father was an Army man and his mother, a government employee. The major part of his education was done at Delhi. He studied in the Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi .Then he went to  do Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. After pursuing engineering he took up a management program offered at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. Being an outstanding student, it was no wonder when he was recognized as the "Best Outgoing Student" of his batch by IIM Ahmadabad. He later got married to Anusha Suryanarayanan in 1998; she was his fellow student at IIM-A. Chetan then went to Hong Kong along with his family and worked as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs. He worked in Hong Kong for eleven years and then shifted to Mumbai and started writing. It was his passion. He has four novels against his name: Five Point Someone (2004), One Night @ The Call Center (2005), The Three Mistakes Of My Life (2008) & Two States (2009). By chance or by choice, titles of all his novels had numbers associated with them. He now leads a happy life with his wife and twin sons Ishaan and Shyam. His second book was 'One Night At A Call Center' and this too was a great success. This book was made into a movie and was named 'Hello' and Chetan himself wrote the script. The movie was noted by the special appearance of Bollywood star Salman Khan and was an average hit. His next novel has cricket as the major theme. It is named 'Three Mistakes of My Life'. His fourth book is named 'Two States'.

Chetan Bhagat's contribution to the field of entertainment is noticeable. He never confined his literary talents to just writing novels. As a responsible social person, he also writes columns in newspapers, citing and dwelling on various social and national issues. Many of his columns were noticed by parliamentarians and triggered serious discussions in the Indian Parliament. He has addressed issues like corruption by sending an opening letter to Sonia Gandhi and also has spoken about the political issues that revolved around Baba Ramdev.

He hacked database of Harvard where the students uploaded their profile pictures . He wrote a program that randomly selected two pictures of two random girls students and asking " Who is hotter ?" , giving the option for voting .

 The process was in full swing and site was visited by most of the students in Harvard . when the number of visitors exceeded the limit ,the server crushed due to overload . Administration of Harvard called him  and had noticed that such kind of things cause stormy interest in society . By the way Harvard has refused to comment on the incident up till now .

HOW DID MARK DEVELOP IDEA FOR FACEBOOK .COM

  A Harvard student Divya Narendra got idea to create social networking where photos and other personal information of student  wanted to upload before Mark created "FACE MASH" but due to emotional stiffness Divya couldn't step up. Divya partner was Tyler and Cameron but They  had not coder .They asked to Mark to help and Mark agreed.

Since Mark came at last in this project and was playing important role to run this because it was all about coding . By the time on Feb 04 2004 he registered the domain name "THE FACEBOOK .COM " Now known as facebook .com through the world . Old partners filed case against Mark in court in blame they hired Mark to provide source code in their company but He didn't provide and used original code to create facebook.com . Court  investigated  but couldn't find proof . Old partners created ConnectU social networking to competite with Mark .  In 2009, Mark  agreed to pay $45 million ($20 million in cash, and the remaining amount in Facebook shares) ConnectU as part of the court settlement. The case was closed. By that time ConnectU had less than 100,000 users, and facebook boasted 150 million users .

The project attracted audience attention of sufficient quality because during sign up it needed email id and some personal information and it helped to connect with friends .  Mark needed investor , the first investor was founder of pay pal (Famous personality in silicon valley),allocated $ 5 lakh . this project expanded in very fast way . In less than one year it reached up to more than one million people .Then  Accel Partners invested in Facebook $12.7 million dollars and then Greylock Partners added to this amount $27.5 million dollars. When they got 50 million users , Yahoo! offerd 900 million dollars for facebook to sell them. But Mark didn't become ready . How intresting story is going on . isn't it ?  :)

5 Simple solution of misconception of complicated life

There are some principle which can't be ignored in any stage of life . Company of that give capability to realise and utilise to born as human being .
 Five key facts of live which you should carry always wherever you go .

   1. Repeated reinforcement 

 In childhood we have learnt  alphabet and that time we weren't  be knowing what is the importance and use of this , but initially learning of alphabet was too difficult ,As we had pressure to learn by our mom or primary teacher .Anyhow we learnt  it and now we can understand the usage of that alphabet in terms of words, sentence , story and thought  process . That is only alphabets which can led anyone at any place in this globe by proper utilising at right time in right way . Either you are a Scientist , Doctor , Businessman ,singer , astronauts , sportsman etc..
   In simple words i want to say that alphabets work as base and it reinforce the upcoming construction  ( words , sentence , story) you are going to made on it .It happens in every walk of life .
   So whatever you do, you should reinforce (strengthen)  in such a way that it shouldn't get root out in future ,how much strong tornado comes .

  2 . Immediate application 
      I have seen so may people in my life who have so many unique and creative ideas . But Till they think to execute it others one execute it and get benefited of that one before him . 99 % people comes in first category and 1 % in later . so think where do you want to see yourself .Now a days competition is not big issue . This case play vital role to stop someone being successful .Because it's always true that
  " Life was challenging , Life is challenging and would remain challenging all the time " . The person who come in 1 % comes in the side of the winner .
   So It is great said by Sir Richard Branson ( One of the most successful businessman of the world )
    " Whatever you want to do and your heart allows it just do it ,don't wait until you get expertise in that field ,just do it .By this way you will do tons of mistakes but this the fastest way of learning " .

                Some people also complain that our ideas have been stolen , 65 thousand thoughts comes everyday in our mind . so no need to worry about that someone copied your ideas , a new big ideas will come  to you , just focus on implementation of that . In physics law of entropy says "everything is expanding in this universe and it would be continuing to expand till universe exit ".
          

           Hope you to research on this fact around you in day to day life , .Because i  don't believe in theory only, just check it . I am pretty sure that you will come up with some added facts also .
  

3. Share honestly
     Each one has individual role to play i can't play yours and you can't play mine. so here it is sure that i don't have competition with you . but you might ask me that in every walk of life there is great competition , yes world is full of competitors .  Because whatever height you achieve in you life you find competitors but real competition of you is not with world , You have competition with yourself each and every day . If you have moved ahead form yesterday then you are going on right track ,  it always  need to accelerate your speed  on your right track . That can be achieved by experiencing the experience of true leader ( coach ) . form normal man to top class leader ( CEO , President ... ) ,Every one need coach in life to move fast . Never compare yourself with others . Most of the people live dead and depressed because of this whole wrong perception  of competition .
        simply if you share something honestly then you are sending signal to the universe to attract right people towards you . Because when you are honest then it operates by your heart and it can never go wrong .

        " Honesty is very expensive gift , Don't expect it from cheap people " -Warren Buffet .

                   If you are honest , you already comes in the side of extraordinary person .

  In day to day life i have personally experienced that successful people love their work to much . For work they can sacrifice anything . They believe in only one statement

      There is small example ,  Even after death of  Yash Chopra ( October 21 ,2012) , Director of movie "jab tak  hai jaan  "  , This movie released on Nov 13,2012. It could be postponed but not so because world can't stop , it has to move ahead .





 On  December ,2006 Virat kohli ( Indian cricket player) lost his father , That day there was very important match and team needed him desperately but they told him he was more needed at home . But kohli said " i want to bat ". He batted and kept telling his passed father to "stay at wicket " .That is called determination .Here we are  not being judgemental to be right or wrong . we just giving you glimpse of determination .    Hat's off to his attitude and determination .

Even blindness and poverty doesn't matter ahead great passion ( captain of Indian blind cricket team )

Name             : Shekhar Naiyak
Birth               : Shimoga district ,Karnatka in  1986
Occupation     : The all rounder of Indian blind cricket team
   
He hails from economically weak & less privileged family . He suffered from complete blindness  for about 8 years . It was genetically transfered .His mother  and grandmother suffered from same disorder .
  His keen interest in cricket was not supported by            his family but he kept his interest always alive which
led him up to  captain of  Indian blind cricket team, who
 won T20 world cup in 2012 .

Here he tells his story himself :I am totally blind by birth .
In 1994 ,I slipped into a canal that was turning point of  my life.  Some people had come down from Bangalore for eye camp in our town ,i underwent an eye check up and got to know that i could get back my sight since my retina was in right condition ,they advised my mom and  me to go to Bangalore to get eye operated . The operation was successful and my right eye got 60 % vision but nothing could be done for my left eye , i realised that " Whatever happens, happens for right " . Falling into canal was really turning point of my life .
           My father expired after 3 month i got vision .
In year 1997 i started playing cricket in blind school where i was admitted by my mom . This school was  in village of shimoga . I played for state level from my school as a wicket keeper .
       As we were in village ,there were many kids who were uneducated .They used to fun my blindness all day long .Due to blindness they never allowed me to played with them . My mom was severely hurt due to all the instances that took place .
    Great encouragement  by my mom " You want to play cricket , you have to achieve something in this field as well " Because in our community no one could think to go beyond education .
   I can't forget the training in school by physical trainer . The moment i missed shots or played bad , i was beated black and blue.
   January 2nd 1998   was most shocking day of my life ,my mom passed away and i was completely alone . I had no care taker at all . I  was not able to think that how would i survive . I was completely broken as i had nobody to even console me . Though my mom was blind , she used to go to farms & work to generate income to feed me . My school was 9 km away from my house . She used to come by walk in order to  save money and buy me a packet of biscuits . During summer vacation (April -may ) everyone used to go to their home town with their parents but i had none . I used to feel horrible sad & very frustrated . I used to hit against wall in that anger with GOD because he had snatched both my mother and father from me .From grade 5 , I started spending all my vacations  of two months with my uncle .
  I used to earn about RS 1000 (INR) to 1500 (INR) and could afford my food and clothing with that for whole year .
              I never reduced my passion in cricket . In 2001 i got man of the series in an under -18 cricket tournament happened in Hyderabad . that was stepping stone in my life . By this success i got chance to play for world cup of Indian blind cricket team in 2002.  In the world cup i was awarded man of the match twice against Australian and srilanka . We reached  up to semifinal . Philips company promised me to take me to south Africa in order to encouraged me .They made my passport also but they didn't take me at all .
 In Year 2004 , we went Pakistan to play series with Pakistan . I scored 198 runs against Pakistan that was my highest international score.
 In 2005 Pakistan came India i bagged man of match once again .
In 2010 i was chosen as captain for Indian cricket team for blind .
 In 2012 we won T20 world cup for the blind .
 Personal  life I know what it mean to be in dark . I know what it means when the world enjoys day and night & you have no clue what light means. I am married to Roopa who is classical dancer . she is also visually challenged . When my daughter was of 17 month she  got blindness problem but with instant operation she can now see the colourful world .

Early Life : Richard branson  father worked as barrister & mother worked as a flight attendant .He struggled with dyslexia . It is a learning disability diseases ,due to this he changed school in hope that he would be able to learn something finally at the age of 16  he dropped out school .

    By the age of 16 in 1966, He started youth culture magazine " student " for student . The first 50 k copies disseminated for free and covered this cost by advertising . 

By the age of 19 in 1969, he was living in London commune surrounded by the British music .
