Out of the little experience with entrepreneurs i have had here 10 lessons that i would love to share .1. Have a VISION : It's not just to be studied in classroom . You need to know what's your purpose when you are starting your business. It all depends on what exactly you wish to do and why .
If Vision : Fastest service You will do : Product design around time.
If Vision : To provide quality service You will do : Design your efforts around luxury and quality .
If Vision : To provide quality service You will do : Design your efforts around luxury and quality .
If Vision : To make affordable You will do : focus on costs.If vision : To make Global You will do :Put all energies and efforts going beyond all borders while if your focus is on being locally global then work on your local emotions .
2. Remember network count : Remember a network for all your need is must .Move out ,talk & build a network of people who you can relay on . Whatever you do small or big ,get your expert opinion . You will see things will automatically go .
3. Start with small targets : According to my personal experience without target you need strong surrounding motivation to work but achievable target keeps you self motivated ,it always pinch you to work within time bound . In case your target is big and you fail one after other ,the only thing you will derive out of it is " I am incompetent " ,while you take small target and achieve it then you will say " Man ! I am awesome ,I can do it . This small success would give you strong support to move ahead even after your surrounding try to pull back . Next time you will have more potential with experience and you will improve target .
Its the natural phenomena in society that when you do something out of league fist they ridicule
you ,then reject you after that they become your follower . If this happening with you means you are on right track .Go ahead work hard for your passion and love your work too much :)
4. Build a spirit team ,rather than large team of workers :

Believe in one man army principle . Create a team of high spirit then size doesn't matter.A team of large worker with passionless may spoil your working environment . A spirit team love the work and you shouldn't fear about that people working with you will leave your company and will join high paying company .People quit because they run out of purpose and love ,not just money .
5. Believe in serving : Just serve because its your purpose and not because you might be offered bucks in return .No one ever was taken for granted because he served well ,he was taken for granted because he OVER SERVED . If you remember your past then you will find such type of live story .
Just go back & think for a moment ..... Its very true that no one ever lost his self esteem by serving someone else.
6.Bucks come to those who take responsibility : You just want bucks but unfortunately doesn't come to you . It comes to those who hold the responsibility .
7. You can't have it all : Don't believe this statement . It's because others didn't want to have it all. just understand -you can have what you want .just be clear on what you want and plan it with patience how you would get there . Remember nothing happens without giving it a time frame and sharing the responsibility with right set of people .
8. Reward yourself & your team well : If you don't know how to reward simply you don't know how it feels to work hard and win something, May be you haven't worked hard enough and always relied on other people's efforts.or you haven't dreamt much of winning things at all instead you do things because they need to be done . In either case ,please leave your business now,because you won't survive. Better to leave then to get thrown out ,else reward according to your success .and also punish yourself when you run out of set . This punishment should be like not playing favourite game,not watching favourite serial until you come on track and finish small target .
9. Stand up : Not where you are but for something :) .you need to understand what your principles are,what values define you and your business and stand up for them .compromises are always there .
Those who not remembered who stands for long time , those remembered who stands till last with his relentless pursuit of passion, is able to turns vision into reality .
10. Laugh ,love and let go : Laugh and love a lot ,it keeps you sane ,keeps you happy and return enough love that money definitely can't buy . Don't bother about thing" let go" & you will understand .
