From childhood we have learned that "Effective studying is not cramming or studying longer but studying smarter" so question is what is smart study ,before answer to this question i want to ask what is the purpose of study ?
The purpose of study is " Learning something " . There are various way of learning through reading book ,reading people or reading place etc.. .Learning by studying people is dynamic way of learning but you shouldn't be judgemental. for this you may see lots of example in your day to day life .
suppose you want to travel some place , you want to take admission in college or school , you want to start business or you want to buy a phone then you research about your concerned field then you get some information about that .But whatever you studied in book,wikipedia is ideal case, practically might be some different . so to know exact information practically you should study the people of concerned field means when you interact with lots of people then you get information and knowledge in very quick way . Here you get real life experience of failure and success rather than ideal .
Now here you might ask one more question ,too many people does not have mind set like us ,so i don't feel comfortable to interact with them . so answer is its natural because God have made all of us different but one thing God has given common to us is "Observation power " that is not in any living entity .
We should be just like " Hans bird " that drink milk and left water in the composition of water and milk . just grab the positive things and leave the unnecessary things that does not belong to you but try to learn from each and every person of world even learn from all the living and non living entity.
Once i was was watching reality show of bollywood celebrity ,interviewer
asked to actor John Abraham " you are so handsome and you are so sexiest icon for girl "
then he replied " sexiest person is that one who is really sexy in knowledge " .To become knowledgeable one should have reading attitude, it might be book , people or place.
